7 kilometres from Banská Bystrica, after walking through the village Tajov, there is car-camping Tajov. It lies in a pleasant forested area at the foot of Kremnické hills, 675 metres above sea level. The guests of camping Tajov can use two ski tows. It is not far to other hiking or skiing centres: Králiky, Donovaly, Turecká, Tále, Chopok, Šachtičky. Camping Tajov operates all year.
